Return Policy

I do not accept returns of commissioned pieces, original works, or print reproductions unless they are damaged upon receipt.

I want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. So I will work with you upon placement of your order for an original piece of artwork or scheduling a commission. You, as the purchaser, have five (5) days after receiving an order or communicate with me to initiate the return and refund.

Items should be returned in its original condition, and it must be packed in its original packing. All pieces of the order must be returned, including frames, hangers, wires, etc.

If you have an item that has been damaged during transportation, I thoroughly apologize, and ask that you send me a message and include your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork.

 

I will deal with the shipping carrier and we will work together to figure out a replacement solution.

WHERE DO I SHIP?

I bear the shipping costs of all products and I currently only ship within the contiguous United States. Outlying states, territories, or countries please contact me before purchasing through the shop. 

WHAT ABOUT COMMISSIONS?

Commissioned pieces require a 50% downpayment upfront to hold your place in my schedule. If you wish to cancel your commission, you have one (1) week after receipt of payment to request a full refund. After one week, you forfeit the down payment.
